For nearly two decades, Dr. Matthew Rowe has been passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families experience deeper connection, healing, and lasting transformation. As the Founder and Executive Director of LF3 Love Factor, he has facilitated more than 9,000 counseling and coaching sessions, empowered over 3,500 marriages, and maintained a 95% success rate with the couples he serves.

Matthew is the author of Unbreakable Love and co-creator of the Deep Origin Discovery, a transformative assessment used by counselors, coaches, pastors, and helping professionals nationwide. His educational background includes studies in Psychology at Colorado Christian University, Christian Leadership at Alphacrucis College, and doctoral studies in Clinical Pastoral Counseling through Colorado Theological Seminary.

More than his credentials, Matthew is a husband, father, and follower of Christ who believes every person deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and genuinely connected. He and his wife, Karissa, have been married for nearly twenty years, are raising six children, and actively serve in their local church. His life's mission is helping people move beyond simply surviving their relationships and discover the joy, hope, and genuine heart connection they were created to experience.
